We are an Italian couple who arrived in Australia 16 years ago, driven by passion and enthusiasm. These values have propelled us and continue to do so every day toward new goals aimed at improving the quality and characteristics of our products.

At Pasta Capriccio, our mission is to bring exclusively Italian products to your table and make them known to the public, creating a unique and unforgettable experience for all our customers.

We are just a husband-and-wife team, managing every aspect of our business with care and attention to authentic Italian flavours and tastes.

We place a strong emphasis on hygiene, health, and quality, avoiding the use of preservatives and eggs to minimize bacterial and allergic risks. In fact, we have received a five-star rating for compliance with the Food Act 2006 and excellent safety management practices.

For 16 years, our renowned gourmet food shop has been located in Southport, Gold Coast, QLD, serving local and surrounding people. Our goal is to strengthen the local community and showcase the exceptional quality of our offerings.
